Iskender
Iskender was the Mentor of the Egyptian Brotherhood of Assassins in the early 16th century, and a descendant of the 12th-century Levantine Assassin Mentor Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad.
Biography[edit | edit source]
His Assassins located two Memory Seals in Alexandria, and with the help of the Ottoman Assassins, they were able to secure them before the Templars did.[1] However, in 1511, he was arrested and detained in Alexandria, and was put up for execution. Fortunately, once he was notified of Iskender's circumstances, the Italian Assassins' Mentor Ezio Auditore sent his Assassin apprentices from Constantinople to rescue him, in which they were successful.[2]
Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
Iskender's exact relation to Desmond Miles, himself a descendant of Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad through his maternal line, is unknown.
