Henriette was a Frankish maid living in Paris during the 9th century.

Biography

When the Vikings lead by Sigfred attacked the palace, Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan sneaked into the Palais de la Cité through the jails below. Long long before, Henriette had ordered the jailor and his men on Count Odo's orders to board up the windows on the floor above. When Eivor ended up in the kitchen of the palace she encountered Henriette, who spoke about the wounded Lady Théodrate, calling Lord Odo stubborn and the family priest, Walter du Sens, pathethic. Eivor spoke with her and learned that the Walter could be found upstairs.[1]
