Gustavo Ramirez was an Inquisitor and Templar working closely with Tomás de Torquemada during the Renaissance.
In 1492, Torquemada discovered clues leading to two Pieces of Eden hidden in Spain, and tasked Inquisitor Ramirez to find the Staff while he was himself chasing the Apple. However, the Assassins got wind of Ramirez's mission and tried to prevent the Templar from acquiring the three pieces of the broken Staff.
