There, they discussed Tomo's intel on the Templar Maxime Gorm, who was believed to be in Geneva, Switzerland. Tomo's investigation had also uncovered Maxime's possible connection to the disappearance of Animus technicians Thomas and Alice Adler, and a clinic in Switzerland run by a doctor, Nathalie Chapman.[1]
Tomo had figured out that the Adlers' daughter, Elisa, had been admitted to Chapman's clinic under a fake name, and wished to investigate further. Hajime was reluctant to let Tomo go alone, but with limited time and resources, he had no choice but to grant Tomo permission to leave.[1]
