Benedicto (unknown - 1492) was the Mentor of the Spanish Brotherhood of Assassins around the time of the Granada War. [1]
In 1492, Benedicto and his Assassins failed to prevent the capture of the young Prince Ahmed of Granada by the Templars, who wanted to use him as a bargaining chip to obtain the Apple of Eden entrusted to his father by the Assassins. Captured alongside two of his disciples, Aguilar de Nerha and Maria, Benedicto was eventually brought on an execution place where he was branded as an heretic by Inquisitor Tomás de Torquemada before being burned to the stake.
