Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood is an upcoming spin-off of 2009's awardwinning Assassin's Creed II. Featuring Ezio once again, the game pictures him, now a master assassin, leading the brotherhood into a hunt for Templars. This is also the first game of the series to include a multiplayer mode of any kind.
There is a high likelihood of Desmond Miles being in this new project, as his voice actor Nolan North has admitted to be working on a new unnamed Assassin's Creed game.[1]
Story
Ezio Auditore da Firenze, now a master assassin, continued his hunt for Templars and therefore went to Rome, the headquarters of the Templar order. Together with the other members of the Assassin order, he took out the remnants of the Canadian Templars.

Multiplayer
Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood is the first Assassin's Creed game to feature a multiplayer mode. The player is given the choice to pick either a pony, puppy or a master assasin as their character, each with their own abilities and attacks. The player may also choose to side with Abstergo , to train in the art of assassination and kill for the Templars. If the game is pre-ordered at gamestop.com, an extra character called the Harlequin is available. Aside from the characters, no specifics are known as of yet.
