William King "Bill" Harvey (1915 – 1976) was the director of the Central Intelligence Agency who founded the Bloodstone Unit in the Assassin Brotherhood led by Boris Pash. After secretly defecting to the Templar Order, he performed as a double agent within the brotherhood.
Biography
In November 1963, after the assassination of John F. Kennedy, Harvey met with the Assassin Alekseï Gavrani, who handed him the president's Apple of Eden to keep safe. Both discussed how Pash was disregarding The Creed as Harvey informed Gavrani of having no aid from the Brotherhood to confront Pash and his Bloodstone Unit. Harvey convinced Gavrani to become his Agent QJ/WIN again and to stop Pash.[1]
On 4 August, 1964, Harvey met with Pash aboard USS Maddox as he showed up with the Apple of Eden. After Pash reprimanded him for Gavrani's attack on him and his unit, Harvey revealed himself to be a traitor for the Templars. Harvey soon strongarmed Pash to work with them on his knowledge and work of the memory resurrection with Templar scientist Warren Vidic, who helped with the delivery of Pash's daughter Nathalie. Harvey soon let Warren take care of Nathalie as his own while he left with the Apple.[2]
