Oswald was an Anglo-Saxon client-king ruling over East Anglia during its occupation by the Danes.
Biography
Sometime during his reign Oswald was set to wed the Vikings Valdis. However before those plans could go through he was captured and imprisoned by the Viking chieftain Rued. He was freed by Eivor who led an assault on Burgh Castle where he was being held.
