Mythology

Not much was known about Kára, but her job revolved around her duty, as a Valkyrie, to ensure worthy warriors' path to their righteous afterlives of Valhalla. After some time, Kára was reluctantly stationed in Svartálfaheimr to find more warriors for Odin's forces.[1]

During the Muspel invasion on Svartálfaheimr, Kára was found by Odin, who spoke with her at her arena. While speaking, Kára mentioned that her work produced little to no results of any einherjar to help and fight alongside Odin for the upcoming battle of Ragnarök. However, Kára was offered a solution by Odin, who offered to reenact his old battles to inspire the arena warriors to prepare for Ragnarök. Kára also held and sold various equipment, runes, and weapons to Odin, who purchased them with the tokens he received after his reenactments.[2]
