Javier (born 2001) is a teenager and a childhood friend of Owen, whose father died in prison for a crime he did not commit.

Despite the fact that they eventually grew apart, in 2016 Javier accepted to help Owen and a group of other teenagers to prove that his friend's late father was innocent through the use of an Animus. However, the group discovered clues leading to one of the Pieces of Eden, attracting the attention of both the Assassin Brotherhood and Templar Order.
