The Gaels are an ethnolinguistic group native to Ireland, Scotland and the Isle of Man. The language of the Gaels is associated with the Celtic languages such as Irish, Scottish Gaelic and Manx. Some time after eliminating the Order of the Ancients in Anglo-Saxon England during the late 9th century,[1] the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan sailed to Ireland, where she encountered the druidic cult known as the Children of Danu.[2]
