Caius (died c. 122) was a Hidden One Acolytus who was based in Londinium in the Roman province of Britannia during the 2nd century.
Biography
In 122, the Roman Emperor Hadrian traveled to Britannia with the objective of warring with the Britons and Picts in the north. Seeking to put a stop to this plan, Caius was sent by the Londinium bureau to infiltrate Hadrian's villa as a slave during Emperor's stay in the city and poison him.[1]
However, Caius was discovered and killed, making the contract a failure.[1]
