Bárid mac Ímair (died 881) was the King of Dublin in the late 9th century Ireland.

By the time the shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan ventured to Dublin, the Viking expansion in Ireland was already over, as they had already been defeated by by High King Aed Findliath. After defeating the Vikings, Aed installed the Norse-Gaelic Barid mac Imair as King of Dublin.[1]
