Knud was a Norse boy living in England during the 9th century.

Biography[edit | edit source]

Knud moved to Ravensthorpe together with his parents, Viggo and Runa, and his sister, Sylvi, to live on a grain farm. Knud could often be seen playing with his sister and Eira, daughter of Gudrun and Gudmund.[1]

When Knud and the other children heard what they thought was a dog trapped, Knud tricked the shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir into helping him out. The dog itself turned out to be Dwolfg, a wolf.[2]
