Jane Birkam is an employee of Abstergo Industries. She was a friend and associate of Warren Vidic.
Biography
On 6 September 2012, Abstergo's pharmaceutical division came under investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation following the leak of documents regarding the "Fluoride Enhancement Studies." These studies involved the secret manipulation of a town's water supply with a synthetic drug referred to as New Fluoride.[1][2]
In the wake of the scandal, Birkam emailed Vidic to inquire if he was alright, noting that the company's stock was certain to take a hit from the news. She further invited him to grab lunch later that day.[3] The Animus Project subject, Desmond Miles would later uncover these emails when he secretly accessed Vidic's personal computer that same month.[4]
