The obelisk

An obelisk made of red stone was located in Krokodilopolis during the 1st century BCE. There was a table near it, complete with offerings and paints, so that people could perform their prayers.

History[edit | edit source]

By 48 BCE, a former Siwan huntress, Kensa, had developed a habit of going to the obelisk to pray while working on her gladiator career in the arena. It was here that her childhood friend, Bayek, found and reunited with Kensa while he was hunting the Order of the Ancients member known as "The Crocodile".[1]
