Ninh Bình is a region in northern Vietnam.
History[edit | edit source]
In 2 August 1964, part of Boris Pash's Bloodstone Unit fled from a mentally unstable Julia Gorm through Ninh Bình, using the river to move since Zenia, who was pregnant, was in no shape to walk. They were attacked by Alekseï Gavrani who blew up one of the boats and ambushed Pash, Zenia, and Doni. After negotiating with Gavrani, they all set camp in a cabin near the river at night. However, Gorm attacked the group and killed Doni and Gavrani but was incapacitated in the fight with the latter, allowing Pash and an injured Zenia to call for help from Captain John J. Herrick for William King Harvey.[1]
