The Kerke's Commander (died 48 BCE) was an Egyptian commander who served during the reign of Ptolemy XIII.

The commander came to govern the village of Kerke in Atef-Pehu Nome some time during the 1st century BCE. He also had a daughter at some point who died some years prior to 48 BCE. When Kerke came to prosper as a result of the honey and opium trade, the Commander wanted a cut of the profits of the villagers. However, the villagers, including their leader, Meritmaat refused and resisted his demands.
