George Walker Bush (born 1946) is an American politician, who served as 43rd President of the United States from 2001 to 2009, and the 46th Governor of Texas, serving from 1995 to 2000.

Biography[edit | edit source]

Governor of Texas[edit | edit source]

In 1998, George W. Bush was featured on the front cover of a Newsbook magazine while serving as the Governor of Texas. Questions were posed whether or not Bush would run for a second term at the gubernatorial election.[1] In November, he secured a victory, becoming the first Texan governor to be elected to two consecutive terms.[2]

United States presidency[edit | edit source]

Bush was favored by the Templars as their candidate for the United States presidency, believing that he could be a puppet for them to control the United States.[3] During the 2000 presidential election, his rival nominee Al Gore was backed by the Assassins, who were also vying for political control of the United States. When the Mentor, the leader of the Assassins, was killed by the Templar sleeper agent Daniel Cross on 6 November 2000, the Assassins were thrown into disarray and were unable to influence the election.[4]

Without the Assassins' interference, the Templars were able to steer the election in their desired direction, and Bush became the President of the United States.[4] In 2003, Bush ordered a military invasion of Iraq by the United States. This was pursuant to a Templar plot to provide more work for his Vice President Dick Cheney's military contractors.[3]

Post-presidency[edit | edit source]

In 2012, prior to his suicide, Clay Kaczmarek uncovered the former president's association with Abstergo Industries, especially the War on Terror. Clay disclosed this information to his successor, Desmond Miles, via hidden messages within the Animus.[3][5]
