Cambodia, officially the Kingdom of Cambodia, is a country in Southeast Asia, bordering Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam.[1]

In 1524, a group of Italian Assassins were tasked with stopping a renegade former member that had been terrorizing the local people along the Mekong delta,[2] then part of Cambodia. Aided by the Chinese Assassin Shao Jun, the expedition members braved the Khmer Kingdom's jungles and explored villages and temples along the river,[3] before stopping their adversary and destroying her Apple of Eden,[4] an artifact that had been warping and corrupting the land, its fauna, and its flora.[5]
