Bion (died c. 56 BCE) was a soldier-turned-mercenary active in Egypt during the reign of Pharaoh Ptolemy XII Auletes. In 70 BCE, the Order of the Ancients member Raia hired him to eradicate the Medjay bloodline due to the threat it posed to the Order's goals.

Formerly a soldier in the Ptolemaic army, Bion later took up work as a mercenary. In 70 BCE, he was hired by the Order of the Ancients member Raia to eradicate the Medjay, who acted as protectors of the pharaoh and the people of Egypt. His first target was Emsaf, but as the Medjay had gone into hiding, Bion murdered his wife Merti and young son Ebe instead.[1]
