The Warrior's Garden was a tantō that Fujibayashi Naoe obtained in 1582. That year, fellow Kakushiba ikki member Yasuke was tasked by retainer Hori Hidemasa with eliminating a group of samurai that had been involved in the Honnō-ji incident, including Masatoshi Nakahara. Naoe and Yasuke tracked Masatoshi to Kameyama Castle in Tamba, and promptly assassinated him. From his personal effects, they retrieved the short blade.[1]
