The Temple of Apollo was a temple dedicated to Apollo in Elis City in Elis, Greece.
The temple, wherein offerings of weapons were made to garner the favour of the god in battles between Arkadians and Spartans, was built by Iktinos, the same architect who worked on the Parthenon of Athens.[1]
Located beside the temple of Hades, it was visited by the Spartan misthios Kassandra during the Peloponnesian War.[2]
