Appearance in Odyssey[edit source]

Does the Sacred Deer skin in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey in the Oracle Pack count as an appearance? I don't know my reindeers from my elks ^_^ (Also this totally didn't just come up because I did the blasphemous thing and bought that Phobos skin.) Sol Pacificus(Cyfiero) 19:55, 23 June 2023 (UTC)
- Spending real money for anything in odyssey is blasphemy, not just the phobos skin... MedievalVibes (talk) —unsigned comment by MedievalVibes (talk · contr)
- Odyssey is my least favourite game in the series (aside from maybe Rogue...) so I totally agree! Which is why I said this didn't come up from me doing something like that! - OK I'll believe that ya didn't commit the highest level of blasphemy... anyways id say it counts. MedievalVibes (talk) 21:39, 23 June 2023 (UTC)
- Neither. Reindeer nor elks are native to the region. This is just a mystical deer, most likely red deer. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 01:27, 24 June 2023 (UTC)
- It's a cosmetic item. What's pertinent is whether or not it depicts a type of reindeer, not whether its appearance is accurate to the setting. Sol Pacificus(Cyfiero) 02:43, 24 June 2023 (UTC)
- I mean yes, it's a cosmetic item, but its still presented as having a connection to Greek culture; anyways the antlers and head shape are wrong for reindeer. They are similar to the wapiti (american elk as opposed to eurasian elk which is a moose), but that is because the wapiti is a close relative to the red deer (the largest species in Greece). - I see. So it's just a premium deer, not a reindeer. Good thing I was not so swindled. :') Sol Pacificus(Cyfiero) 01:21, 27 June 2023 (UTC)
