Wolf

Personally, I don't think Fenrir should be called a wolf in his biography. Like, instead of cub, it should be the child, etc. considering in irl he wasn't an actual wolf. —unsigned comment by RealBearZ (talk · contr) 07:35, 4 March 2021 (UTC)

The eldest of Loki's children

Is Fenrir the oldest of the three? I'm asking this because in his childhood, after being accused of being an ill-omen of the Great Catastrophe, Loki pondered of taking him to Helheim, ruled by his sister Hel. So, Fenrir was a child and Hel was already ruling an Isu Realm, with Jörmungandr already having battled Thor? – TiagoFF (talk) 16:10, 11 May 2022 (UTC)

I assume he's the youngest, with Hel being the oldest and Jörmungandr being the middle child. As they are both mentioned in the Asgard arc when Fenrir is only a child. – BearticWiki (talk) 06:47, 12 May 2022 (UTC)

In all the articles related to him and his family, Fenrir is referred to as the oldest, Jörmungandr the middle one and Hel the youngest. Is the order mentioned in any part of the game? – TiagoFF (talk) 21:35, 13 May 2022 (UTC)

Very late reply, but whoops, that was me. I based their birth order off the Norse myths recounted in the Gylfaginning poems that open the Prose Edda. I guess I should have known that Ubisoft would not follow the myths exactly, so I'll change that now. – Darman (talk) 15:50, 1 July 2022 (UTC)

However, we can't actually assume Fenrir is younger. He could be being treated like a child without actually being one. Until confirmed we should not make statements regarding birth order.Lacrossedeamon (talk) 16:05, 1 July 2022 (UTC)

The closest we have to a list of Loki's kids is a note in "Mistress of the Iron Wood", but we don't know if it's in birth order since we don't know how long Fenrir took on the form of a "pup", even if filtered by Eivor. – Darman (talk) 16:20, 1 July 2022 (UTC)

He being the youngest would make most sense. Fenrir is the most protected by Aletheia and Loki and hadn't accomplished any big achievements (unlike Hel who ruled a realm and Jörmungandr who fought with Thor) until fighting with Odin. - TiagoFF (talk) 18:20, 1 July 2022 (UTC)
