Ravensthorpe residents

Hello BearticWiki,
I see you've recently added images of Ravensthorpe's various residents from Valhalla's pre-release gameplay videos. While myself and other editors appreciate your efforts finding and uploading the pics, I'd like to remind you of the AC Wiki's policies. Please note that you need to source any and all images you upload to the wiki in accordance to our image policy. For more information on how to source images, check this page. Also check the information about naming images appropriately. Badly named or unsourced images will be deleted. Feel free to reupload your deleted image with proper sourcing. Thank you. – Darman (talk) 13:20, October 16, 2020 (UTC)

New articles

Hello again,
I saw you started a new page for Faravid. While the Wiki appreciates your efforts as we slowly play through Valhalla and write down new information, I'd like to remind you that it is preferred for new pages to have at lease some text and a reference when they're first created instead of just a blank stub and a picture. Thank you. – Darman (talk) 14:40, 8 December 2020 (UTC)

Images

I'd like to remind you again to please reread the Image Policy (linked above under "Ravensthorpe residents"). The information you put in the infobox variables for your upload of Faith the nun's image did not match the required standards for images. So far as the policy pertains to your latest image, not everyone who visits the site knows what "AC:V" is, you are not the author/creator of the digital model, and the image is not released into public domain. – Darman (talk) 00:20, 31 December 2020 (UTC)

Hello,
While I and other editors greatly appreciate your work finding and rendering images of Isu to replace the interim close-up screenshots we've used for a while now, I'd just like to remind you: Please note that you need to source any and all images you upload to the wiki in accordance to our image policy. For more information on how to source images, check this page. Also check the information about naming images appropriately. Badly named or unsourced images will be deleted. Feel free to reupload your deleted image with proper sourcing. Thank you. – Darman (talk) 12:35, 24 April 2021 (UTC)
Thanks for sourcing the image of Melitta. And don't worry, you sourced it right. Just two quick tips for next time, the "|licensing=" parameter in the sourcing template is the same thing as the "Licensing" dropdown menu just below. So long as that part is filled, you don't need to use the dropdown. Also, screenshots are direct from a game and typically have in-game backgrounds. With a few exceptions, (almost) everything else is {{CC-BY-SA}}. Other than that, keep up the good work! – Darman (talk) 14:35, 24 April 2021 (UTC)

Saga Stone

Just want to commend you on creating the Saga Stone page. Very well done! – Darman (talk) 04:15, 15 February 2021 (UTC)

Valhalla source code

Saw your edit on St Denis. What all do you have access to and could you post it somewhere? Either as a subpage or joining the wiki discord? This sounds like super interesting stuff. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 00:14, 21 August 2021 (UTC)

Why did you remove my edits? In real life, the runes were associated with 9 worlds.

Could you please link a source to your information? As i could not find any info on those three specific runes. Plus the rune thing should only be on Freya's medallion if its correct.BearticWiki (talk) 18:34, 9 February 2022 (UTC)
1) It is not only on the medallion, but also on the wall of Freya's temple, and on the statue, and the color coding is always the same.

So your sources are

  1. A Russian blog page
  2. An image with the source "Own work" that's not used in any pages
  3. A tumblr post with a source being a book written by a astrologer who has no secondary education

Until you can hand us actual sources, that's staying deleted. - Soranin (talk) 15:55, 10 February 2022 (UTC)

What? Muspel has his own rune painted on the portal in the summer trailer. Each world has its own rune.

In the God of War, the same image of the worlds with runes. https://godofwar.fandom.com/wiki/Nine_Realms

English is not my native language, I don't know how to search. 012345678901111aaaa (talk) 13:01, 11 February 2022 (UTC)

To start, the fact that God of War uses a rune for each world does not make it a source and second, Muspelheimr has A rune on a portal, though to say it is THE rune for the realm, as well as arguing that every realm has a specific rune, so far is speculation. - Soranin (talk) 13:35, 11 February 2022 (UTC)
