• The city of Rajastan, India is irradiated by a Piece of Eden. This is probably a reference to a piece of news floating on the Internet (One such example) claiming that scientists discovered the city to be highly irradiated from an atomic blast that occured between 10,000 BCE to 6,000 BCE.

798000 BCE

• The city of Forli is "founded" by Palaeolithic cavemen.

Between 75000 BCE and 67000 BCE

• The Toba catastrophe occurs. It is speculated by the Assassins in 2012 to be the same event as the First Disaster.

3114 BCE

• August 11: The Mayan Long Count Calendar begins at 13.0.0.0.0. This starts the countdown to the Abstergo Satellite launch in December 2012.

2nd Millennium BCE

Prehistory

• The stories of Those Who Came Before and their children, happening in this period, would later be retold as mythologies in Ancient Greek. The Glyphs name this period as "Prehistory" , yet these events precedes the Trojan War, and is thus listed under the 2nd Millennium BCE.
• Zeus, one of Those Who Came Before, rapes Io, a human. Io gives birth to Epaphus.
• Zeus rapes Europa, a human, giving birth to Minos, Rhadamanthys and Sarpedon.
• Zeus and Danaë, a human, gives birth to Perseus.
• Perseus slays Medusa with the Sword.
• Zeus seduces Leda, a human, as a swan. Leda gives birth to Helen of Troy.
• Heracles steals an Apple from the Hesperides.

• The Assassin Iltani poisons Alexander the Great , who holds the Staff of Eden.

• Assassin Wei Yu kills Emperor Qin Shi Huang of China with a spear.

• The Romans built the city of Forli.

• The Antikythera mechanism is constructed, probably with help from Those Who Came Before.

• The city of Florence is founded by Gaius Julius Caesar.

• Gaius Julius Caesar is killed by the Assassins, led by Marcus Junius Brutus.

• Marcus Junius Brutus suicides.
• The Assassins revives Brutus with the power of the Shroud, who wakes for a moment then falls dead again.

• The upper facade of Santa Maria Novella is completed.

• Giovanni carries out successful negotiations to secure Pope Sixtus IV's support of the Medici bank.
• Cristoforo Moro, father of Dante Moro, dies.
• The Rocca di Ravaldino is constructed.

• Poliziano becomes a published author.
• Leonardo da Vinci establishes his own workshop.

1473

• Teodora Contanto leaves the Santa Maria degli Angeli convent and opens La Rosa Della Virtù.
• Caterina Sforza becomes engaged to Girolamo Riario.
• The Palazzo Auditore is completed.

1474

• Maria Auditore describes her son Ezio in a diary entry.
• Lorenzo de' Medici writes a letter to Giovanni Auditore, admiring the lack of "ostentation" of the Palazzo Auditore.

1475

• Petruccio Auditore is pulled from school due to unknown illness. The Auditore family doctor confines Petruccio Auditore to bed.
• Federico Auditore becomes a clerk at the Medici bank.
• Rosa attempts to pickpocket Antonio de Magianis but is caught. She becomes Antonio's apprentice in pickpocketing.
• Girolamo Savonarola studies at Santo Spirito and becomes a Dominican friar.
• September 17: The Medici bank reports a bag of florins missing. Federico Auditore approaches Francesco Sassetti and reveals the location of the bag with a smile. The bag was hidden on one of the Florentine rooftops.

1476

• Federico Auditore is fired from the Medici bank.
• All historical records relating to Ezio Auditore ceases.
• Leonardo da Vinci is accused of sodomy.
• Leonardo da Vinci continues his collaboration with Verrocchio.
• December: Giovanni Auditore uncovers a Templar plot to assassinate Galeazzo Maria Sforza.
• December 26: Giovanni Auditore fails to stop the assassination of Galeazzo Maria Sforza.
• December 28: Ezio Auditore and his friends fights with Vieri de' Pazzi and his gang.
• December 29: Ezio Auditore beats Duccio de Luca for cheating on his sister. Ezio later meets Leonardo da Vinci for the first time. The Templars razed the Villa Auditore and takes Giovanni Auditore and his sons to prison. Ezio discovers his father is an Assassin, and dons the robes of an Assassin for the first time.
• December 30: Giovanni Auditore and his sons were hanged . Ezio Auditore is wanted . He and his remaining family moves to Paola's brothel. At night, Ezio speaks with Cristina Vespucci, before sending the corpses of his family on a boat as a burial .
• December 31: Uberto Alberti is assassinated by Ezio Auditore. Ezio and his family travels to Villa Auditore. Mario Auditore helps them defeat Vieri de' Pazzi's ambush.
• Ezio Auditore begins his training under Mario Auditore.

• Leonardo da Vinci completes "the Last Supper".
• Savonarola's men attack Manfredo Soderini and his wife Cristina Vespucci.

• Luis Santangel, an Assassin, dies.
