Talk:Notes from Eivor's travels
Possible name
I was think Viking Expansion notes might work best for this as it covers all the locations and the time period. Also I think that all notes should be here whether or not they could also be tied to certain memories/quests. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 17:53, 29 July 2021 (UTC)
- That naming is definitely a good suggestion, a lot better than what I came up with. I'm fine with keeping all notes here, I could serve as a nice collection of everything. Kennyannydenny (talk) 20:24, 29 July 2021 (UTC)
- Well I think we should have an actual article for them just like we have for Origins so its easier (sorta) for more casual users of the site to find them. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 20:35, 31 July 2021 (UTC)
- Yeah this page will be moved to the main space under a correct name when 'done', at least I made it with that in my mind. It has to at least be decided if all notes should be on the page, or just ones not tied to a memory. If there's no opposition in a week i'd suggest with adding all that were removed back to this page (and adding the ones that are only on memory pages) and then moving this article to main space. - That naming is fine with me. XOdeyssusx (talk) 02:05, 1 August 2021 (UTC)
I don't want to overstep my boundaries by pushing this out into the mainspace myself but I think you are good for it now, KAD. Any missing notes can be annotated here on the talkpage. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 20:47, 9 August 2021 (UTC)
- It's not overstepping boundries at all, I don't mind at all. I've moved it to the main space. There are still notes missing but it's a good start I think. Kennyannydenny (talk) 12:30, 10 August 2021 (UTC)
Missing notes
There are some notes I cannot get myself in my game, related to the Sigrblot Festival:
- Normal thanks from Randvi and Petra when you're *not* dating them
- Special thanks from Tarben when you *are* dating him
Just putting this here to keep in mind in the future. Kennyannydenny (talk) 12:30, 10 August 2021 (UTC)
- other missing notes that I know of
- note about amber and eo mugna at waterfall near Deirdre's hut
- note from Brissy the elder about the Rigsogur in the Tamworth crypts
Not sure if their are more. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 14:12, 10 August 2021 (UTC)
- I've added the note about the amber, didn't even know that was there. I also added two notes from Tamworth Fortress, one from the Ragnarsson camp just east of Tamworth, and one from Offchurch. Was Offchurch the one you ment with "Tamworth crypts"? (Offchurch is the location where you capture the King of Mercia in the crypts). I couldn't find any crypts in Tamworth Fortress itself. - No, I think there’s a church in southern Tamworth that has a basement where we collected one of the Rigsogur pages and off to the side there is another note by Brissy the elder talking about how we wants to make Rig as famous as Ragnar and Beowulf by writing his saga. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 16:47, 10 August 2021 (UTC)
- There are no Rigsosur pages in Tamworth, but I found the note you mentioned in Repton's crypt along with another, and added both to the list. Thanks for the tips! Kennyannydenny (talk) 17:48, 10 August 2021 (UTC)
