Mithras vs Mithra

Altair's codex mentions Mithra comparing his story to that of Jesus, Horus, Dionysus, etc. Should we treat this the same individual as Mithras. Mithra is the Persian predecessor to the Roman Mithras and while connected the level of continuity from one idea to the other is debated. Currently the mention of Mithra in the codex links to here. I feel it should be fine to use this page for both, so long as the difference between the two is acknowledged somewhere on the page. - Soranin (talk) 14:52, 20 February 2022 (UTC)

I kinda laid the groundwork but I'm thinking that we should actually have this paged titled Mithra because it makes it easier with linking between the two, Mithra appears first in canon, and because IRL Mithra precedes Mithras. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 17:52, 20 February 2022 (UTC)
