William Varley

Reddy the Blacksmith was the leader of the Bowery Boys, a gang operating in New York City. The Assassin Varius had some influence on him, which led the Bowery Boys to allied with the Five Poins' men in order to stop the draft riots, while the Grand Master of the Templar Order William M. Tweed had approached Reddy to try to involve his gang in the riots, an offer the Blacksmith immediatly refused.
