The Bride was a virtual representation of one of Bayek's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.
Bayek finds Tuaa standing on the edge of a cliff. She tells him that she recently lost her husband to a scorpion attack and that she doesn't have anything to live for anymore. After getting her a heron feather, she agrees to not jumping, before they walk down together, sharing their grief.
During their descent their attacked by three leopards and Bayek is forced to protect Tuaa.

Tuaa is saved an brought to the harbor. She heads south, possibly back to Krokodilopolis.
