Shadya was the young daughter of Hotephres, an informant of Apollodorus, and his wife Khenut. She lived in Euhemeria with her parents. At some point she stumbled across Bayek, who was looking for a certain ledger. He gave Shadya her doll, which she had named Isset. Later her mother told her to show Bayek the way to their villa, where the ledger was supposed to be. After they got there, Bayek thanked her and told her to go home. He searched for the ledger, but found out that Shadya has it and she might be in danger. He hurried back, but it was too late. Because of the Crocodile, Shadya was already executed (drowned). Thus the ledger and the Crocodile were lost. Later Hotephres appeared and left on a boat with Khenut to give their daughter a proper burial. Shadya has passed from the world, leaving Isset alone.
