Respect Thy Brother was a virtual representation of one of Bayek's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.
Description
A Hidden One has died. Bayek must provide a decent burial.
Dialogue
While hunting for Ampelius in the Walls-of-the-Ruler, Bayek discovered the deceased body of Maqwat's partner, leaning onto a cage.
- Bayek: A Hidden One One. We cannot leave his body to be treated like common refuse.
Bayek carried the Hidden One's body on his back.
- Bayek: I shall honor you, loyal servant to our creed.
He carried his body out of the fort and onto a safe area in the hills, where Maqwat is waiting. There, the Bayek placed the Hidden One's Hidden Blade on his chest and his hands over it, laying him to rest.
- Bayek: Let Horus guide you to the field of reeds. And Amun stretch his light across your ka.
- Maqwat: I will stay with the Hidden One to see him off to the field of reeds. Thank you, Bayek.
