The Prasina Green was one of the six groups of chariot racing teams who competed in the Lageion Hippodrome in Egypt during the Ptolemaic dynasty. The Veneta Blue was their worst rival.^[1]

When the Prasina Green's lead racer Icarus died, much of the population of Kanopos moaned his early demise.^[2]

However, some members of the Veneta Blue constantly harassed the Prasina Green or their supporters, whether by assaulting members^[1], or stealing busts ^[2], or even stealing horses ^[3].
