Noa and Sei inside the pavillion

Magellan's Cross Pavilion is a stone kiosk in Cebu, Philippines, situated beside the Basilica del Santo Niño.

In 2020s, Noa Kim visited the site alongside the Templar Shimazu Sei in hopes of finding any trace of Noa's ancestor Edward Kenway in the city during the 18th century. While Noa inspected the murals on the ceiling of Ferdinand Magellan and Rajah Humabon, Sei herself looked at the tindalo cross. When Noa told her he saw nothing of Edward's traces, Sei expressed hopes that he would have found something given its link to the late Magellan. When she told Noa of the cross being a replica instead of the original, Noa expressed her skepticism and asked why she brought him here.
