The Concubine's Veil was a kusarigama that Fujibayashi Naoe obtained in 1582. That year, Naoe and fellow Kakushiba ikki member Yasuke were tasked by Lady Oichi's bodyguard Kuma with dealing a group of corrupt officials. The pair tracked down one of them, Ise Asuka, to a Noh theater in Kyoto, Yamashiro, where he was performing. There, they assassinated Asuka, ending his extortion scheme, and retrieving the weapon from his personal effects.[1]
