Vatsa,
I have spoken to D. Cello and he has told me you are the techie of the wiki. I have had a problem with the recruitment IRC and so l needed to ask. When l try and log onto the site all l see are the bars at the top and bottom (the one with meebit and the one where you type). Other than that all is see is a blue screen. This may sound normal but l can't see any typing, not even my own! I will try to fix it but please help me. Any suggestions? Unknown144 06:11, June 30, 2011 (UTC)

Al Mualim
Hey Vatsa, I'm in need of some pictures of Al Mualim and it would be greatly appreciated if you could get me a full body image of him and maybe some of Al Mualim in the study with Altair, especially one when Al Mualim shows Altair the apple. Thanks mate :) TheSt0ryTeller 14:32, July 5, 2011 (UTC)
Don't worry about it now mate, Steen put in a good render on the Al Mualim and we have plenty enough pictures of Altair in the study with Al Mualim, thanks :) TheSt0ryTeller 21:43, July 5, 2011 (UTC)

image placement
Hi Vasta, sorry to bother you but I was wondering if I uploaded a quality official ubisoft image of a pickpocket to your page could you find the appropraite section for it. I was going to add it to the pickpocketing section but I don't want to mess up the article. Kaloneous 03:20, July 6, 2011 (UTC)
Sorry it is me again Kaloneous 03:39, July 6, 2011 (UTC) I am adding the picture here and if it is unsuitable for the article then I apologize in advance. I really hope it is of help to the pickpocketing article and thank you for taking the time to read my message and hopefully find a place for the image. Kaloneous 03:39, July 6, 2011 (UTC)

Renaming
I think it better to rename it to "Chapter_4_-_Frater_V.O.V." with a dot at the end.
My job of the third chapter is done. Thanks. :) Rapnoize 08:15, July 6, 2011 (UTC)
"A lot has been changed in the original game...."
Concerning your recent edit where you removed my former addition - Why remove things like this and keep information like the one about the snake summoner at the same time? Doesn't the same thing apply here? Regards, StPerkele 17:00, July 6, 2011 (UTC)
- The textures/sound files for the snake charmers were left in the game but never used. The feature you mentioned is from a demo, and many features shown haven't exactly been used. Not just in AC but also in ACII and Brotherhood. I only reverted the edit because it is an interesting trivia. --VatsaGentek 17:19, July 6, 2011 (UTC)
- Cheers! You may want to have a look at the edits I did to the Horses- and Free-Running-pages, since they are both based on the aforementioned demo. StPerkele 17:28, July 6, 2011 (UTC)
Retaking of Masyaf
Hello, Vatsa! How goes things? Anyways, I've decided to try and help promote the Retaking of Masyaf article, and I need some images. So, as Steen is currently busy elsewhere, can you please get some HQ images of Altaïr fighting off the illusions of the nine men he killed. And one of him fighting Al Mualim face-to-face. This would be really appreciated and help promote the article alot. ; ) Assassino de Roma 12:44, July 9, 2011 (UTC)
Sorry
I apologize for my frequent posting of 'Specuation'. I notice you Redirected my new page 'The Truth Explained' to a Forum, which I completely understand.
Will I get credit for the forum? As i spent hours writing this theory and i wouldn't want anyone else taking credit. Please hit me back, Simon

Apprentice Template
Hi there, Amnesty here. I came across a page that still had your apprentice template on it (Ponte Sant'Angelo), but you don't seem to be an apprentice anymore. I would have removed it, but I thought it'd be better to ask you whether it has to stay or not... Amnesty 09:24, July 13, 2011 (UTC)

Sorry Vatsa, but I won't be able to do anything for about a week, because my Dad has banned me from my computer (I shouldn't even be on at the moment), sorry for any inconvenience, just thought I should inform you. Hope to be back online in a week.

PL - Holidays - Chapter 2
Since the recently Chapter 2 of the Holidays pack didn't quite have a name like the first one should we just call it "Chapter 2"? I'm asking you since you seem to roam the PL page quite a bit.
Btw, Rapnoize already got the images and everything. http://assassinscreed.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:Rapnoize/Project_Legacy_New_(Probably_Holiday)_Data_Dump/DATA-DUMP_S00.S02 Sekuiya 21:32, July 14, 2011 (UTC)
Altaïr Skin
the ezio in altairs costume is a multiplayer character not a singleplayer outfit.—unsigned comment by Elascador (talk · contr)
- We have already mentioned it in the Revelations Outfits article. Doesn't need it's own article for a single line of information. --VatsaGentek 02:58, July 15, 2011 (UTC)
- Oh ok but its not the Altair skin it Ezio in Altair's costume -- —unsigned comment by Scedion (talk · contr) (Signature added by Assassin-Rayne)
- Firstly, sign your posts, Scedion. Secondly, it's not "Ezio in Altair's Robes", it's an in-animus database skin of Altair from the first game, just like the skin used in Assassin's Creed II and Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Learn your facts and actually look around before you make dumb statements. -- Rayne Message 06:10, July 15, 2011 (UTC)

Correct format for sourcing images
Hi Vasta1708, thank you for informing me that I needed to properly format the images I recently added and for providing me with the template. I do not mean to bother you as I know you are very busy but could you tell me if I correctly sourced this image source info example here. I know that I have annoyed the staff with my inability to source information correctly so I want to get this right. Again, thank you for all your help and I really appreciate it. Kaloneous 00:42, July 20, 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah, that's good enough. --VatsaGentek 00:52, July 20, 2011 (UTC)
- I have sourced all the images since the policy became official but I wouldn't have been able to figure it out without your help. Thanks for your guidance Vatsa1708. Kaloneous 02:33, July 20, 2011 (UTC)
Coding/Editing
Hey Vatsa,
I've edited a few articles, and after I'm done you edit them to fix what appears to be a coding error that consistently involves something such as "&npsb" or another small issue. First off I just wanted to thank you for fixing them, but secondly I wanted to know if there is anyway for me to understand that type of coding better so that I could make a bigger impact with my edits. Message me on my talk page or reply to this thread if you would be able to help me out because I'm really working to improve my edits.
Thanks,
NOSTALGIA 01:02, July 20, 2011 (UTC)
- Use Source mode editing to avoid this kind of coding. And I only removed them as they caused double links to the same page. [[Cesare Borgia|Cesare]][[Cesare Borgia| Boriga]] As you ca see they direct a user to the same page, Cesare Borgia, so I removed the second link and like I said, use source mode to avoid this issue. --VatsaGentek 01:14, July 20, 2011 (UTC)
- I just used it when editing the article "An Unpleasant Turn of Events" and I fixed a coding error in there. Thanks Vatsa and sorry to bother you but I have one last question: How did you change the color, size, and font on your signature? Is this something that is restricted to Istruttori members or can anyone modify their signature as you did?
- Thanks again,
- NOSTALGIA 01:59, July 20, 2011 (UTC)
Absolute Symbiosis
Safety and peace Vatsa;
I see you are the leader of WikiProject: Memories; I have started creating articles for Assassin's Creed. I thought it would be better to know your pinion before I continue my work.
While each memory in AC2 and AC:bh has a name, the memories in AC1 have no name, thus we if we want to create article of them, what should we name them?
There are 7 Memory Blocks and 12 Sessions (or Sequences). In each Session there are 10 Memories: 6 Investigation Memories - a Knowledge Memory and one Assassination Memory and 2 Additional Memories.
About this we may have two options:
- We can create one article for each sequence/Session:
Memory Block 1
Session 1
Memory Block 2
Masun, Masyaf - Tamir, Damascus
Memory Block 3
Garnier, Acre - Talal
Memory Block 4
AbulNoqud - William - MajdAddin
Memory Block 5
Sibrand - Jubair
Memory Block 6
Rober
Memory Block 7
Paradise
- Or we can divide each Session into: Investigations - Knowledge - Assassination
Sequence 1
Acquisition - Failure - Guardian_(Memory) - Glory
Sequence 2
Investigations - Knowledge
Sequence 3
Investigations - Knowledge - Assassination of Tamir
Sequence 4
Investigations - Knowledge - Assassination of Garnier
Sequence 5
Investigations - Knowledge - Assassination of Talal
Sequence 6
Investigations - Knowledge - Assassination of Abul Noqud
Sequence 7
Investigations - Knowledge - Assassination of William of Monferrat
Sequence 8
Investigations - Knowledge - Assassination of MajdAddin
Sequence 9
Investigations - Knowledge - Assassination of Sibrand
Sequence 10
Investigations - Knowledge - Assassination of Jubair
Sequence 11
Investigations - Knowledge - MajdAddin's Funeral - Battle of Arsuf
Sequence 12
Assassination of Al Mualim
I'm waiting for your answer. --Safety and peace 11:47, July 24, 2011 (UTC)
File:ACsymbol_A_and_box
That box in the insignia has appeared in the series with four different rotations by now. This new rotation uploaded by you is seen on the flags in the Masyaf library. The one that I had uploaded can be found on Masyaf walls and ground. Though if it was only because some think that I uploaded something only to show myself, then... let's say there's no actual difference between Masyaf flag and Assassins Insignia. The insignia is just a little bigger...

New articles question
Hi Vatsa1708, I am sorry to bother you like this but I see that you are one of the staff currently on the wiki at the moment. I was wondering if it is okay that I create some articles about key members of the Development Team for the AC Series. I have all the pages prepared in Notepad (source code format) and ready to go but I wanted to clarify if it will be okay as I will be adding them one after another over the next hour (if I am allowed). Each article will be sourced and follow the same format as the other already created articles for development team members. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. Kaloneous 07:02, July 28, 2011 (UTC)
- Sure you can add them, as long as they were involved in the development of Assassin's Creed series. --VatsaGentek 07:07, July 28, 2011 (UTC)
- Thank you for replying so quickly. The people in question are the arts and level design department with Ubisoft, some past but most of them are presently working on Assassin's Creed. Anyways, if you want me to reply with the list of names before I upload the pages just let me know. The Donglu Yu article is an example of one of the team members I mentioned if that helps. Thanks again for you help. Kaloneous 07:16, July 28, 2011 (UTC)
RE: Dev info
Hi Vatsa1708, I just thought I would let you know that I have compiled a list for the developer articles that I hope will be useful (see below)
- Adam Foshko, (Writer - Storyline and Dialogue)
- Sascha Dikiciyan, (Original Music Composer)
- Cris Velasco, (Original Music Composer)
- Rick Law, (concept artist)
- Maurice Kimball, (Art Direction and concept artist)
- Raine Anderson, (Character artist and visual effects)
- Eric Holmes, (Lead game designer and animation)
- William 'Rocky' Vanoost, (Cinematics animator)
- David Lam, (Cinematics animator)
- Michael Loeck, (Cinematics animator)
- Jamie Bafus, (Senior producer)
- Graham Fuchs, (Executive producer)
- Kody Sabourin, (Executive producer: Goldtooth Creative)
Anyways, I have gathered all the information already and I will begin piecing it together in a more relevant format and hopefully have it for you sometime tomorrow or Saturday at the latest. I also have a huge amount of unreleased concept art by Maurice Kimball that may be of use but I will label them and write up the image sources first. Anyways, let me know if you want to amend or shorten the list. Kaloneous 16:44, July 28, 2011 (UTC)
No problem, it's a great wiki and it was fun looking through it (and I might even get the game when I am not broke XD ). Oh and the list above mainly relates to the first game but I will look into the second game over the weekend. Anyways, I will let you know when the article are ready.
