Era tags

Hi Vatsa, sorry to be bothering you with this but I was wondering if you could tell me how to make/code the connection for the era icons image that appear on top of the articles. I have made some for the Hitman wiki but don't kow how to code the attachment tag i.e. {Era|Revelation} (this image) plus the code to get it to work on an article but in my case it would be {Era|Blood Money}. ACR Novel Revamp- Apologies

Hello Vatsa.

Sorry for not revamping the ACR novel article for so long now, I was going to remove the template today when I got back from school. I've recently been quite busy with boarding school things and was doing smaller edits the few recent weeks. I had actually been doing the plot things on Microsoft Word, but I haven't exactly perfected them and have only reached chapter 10. The other reason I haven't been putting full effort into it was because I thought I wasn't exactly ready for this sort of revamp yet, so I thought maybe I would postpone my work on it some time later when I did other work at the wiki. I sorta need to thank you too for removing the template. I hope you don't take me for being someone who just works on something, leaves it and never return to it, I do intend to give it a shot again.

The Spanish wiki has agreed to post a notice on their main page attribution the information and images to our wiki, hence I've allowed them to add the language link. If you notice any other language link other than the Spanish, check their wiki's page to see if it contains any images that was taken from our wiki and is left un-attributed. If so, then you are free to remove the interwiki link.

Akce symbol

Hey Vatsa, is there any way you could obtain the symbol for the currency in Revelations? I figured since you know about the wiki's coding, you might be the best to ask about this sort of thing. The reason I'm asking is because it would make the ACR weapons/armour pages match up to how Florins are displayed in the AC2/ACB ones. Slate Vesper 13:47, March 1, 2012 (UTC)

The Florin (ƒ) symbol is a Unicode, hence universal. But the Akçe symbol is something Ubisoft made. So we'll basically have to create a font and load it with the wiki's css. And that involves a bit of work and templates. (Not sure if I'm up for that.)

NZ Insignia

Hey V, I need a favour. So I uploaded the NZ Assassin Insignia just a moment ago, then reuploaded a transparent version cus I forgot to do it the first time, and I was just about to add it to my page, and then I noticed it was a terrible transparency job I did. So rather than clog up the RC with continuous attempts at making it look good I was wondering if you could work your magic and make it completely transparent. Masons

Please tell me have you read it full? It's not related to AC universe as one of Ezio's memories but it is a subject to tread. Tell me why did you delete it? The masons are a secret organisation and like Dante Aligniati or Nicola Tesla, this is an outside subject but with a very high value...really I spent 5 hours documenting, introduced George W. Bush who also has an article on this wiki, just so that it will have good quality.

VatsaBot

Hey Vatsa, just looked over the 2012 Conversations page and when I looked at the edit history, I noticed that it did do some corrections right, but it added a lot of spacing in between a bullet point and the text afterwards, which is unneeded because bulletpoints show the gap anyway on the other end.

I don't see that as a particularly big issue, Slate. You only notice the spacing while editing, and the only spacing that's displayed in the actual article are more than 3-4 spaces between a heading or two paragraphs if we add them. If you are having problem, copy from existing name or just use the normal I. We have bots to take care of names and the special characters they contain. :)

Adding links to nav

Hey Vatsa, I wanted to add some links to the Wikiprojects section in the Community section of the nav-bar, you know, like the drop down thing that normally appears in other links but the thing with it is that I cannot make like the drop down thing. I tried a few things but couldn't make it. Bear with me V, I'm a noob :P. Here's the code:

!!!HELP!!!

I can not post anything in reply for posts or new blogs and having trouble editing pages sometimes. The Post or Publish button just goes grey and faded. Also the edditing section just keeps loading sometimes. Even when I think its worked i check and it hasn't. I hope this does post. Please help!Agentsmit58 11:48, May 12, 2012 (UTC)

It's been a few hours, and then I uploaded a new version that has the sides cut off. It's like 399px x 400px now, but the site still treats it as 500px x 400px. In order to display blog posts created only by admins or just news, create a new category and add the blog posts you want displayed on the main page under this category. You'll also have to make a minor addition to the blog post template. Sign you posts with ~~~~ when you post on someone's talk page. Easy for the user to know who it is.
Now, I do not know which page you are talking about. Hey Vasta1708 quick question my image i uploaded on the fan page was deleted for house keeping was there something wrong with it. This page was previously located at File:Ac-merlot-ad.jpg. It was a mock up wine bottle I design for fun. I just thought it was a fun concept, didnt know if I was breaking any rules. I like to draw some of my own images of ezio at some point and place them on the fan page but unsure if they will be deleted as well.

Please let me know why was the case the image i previously uploaded was deleted.
