Bayezid District

The Bayezid District (Turkish: Beyazıt) was one of the four major districts of Constantinople during the Renaissance. The merchant center of the city, it housed the historic Forum of the Ox and the Arsenal.

Trivia

The district was likely named after the Ottoman Sultan Bayezid II, who reigned when Ezio Auditore visited the city.^[1]
