• The city of Rajastan, India is irradiated by a Piece of Eden. This is probably a reference to a piece of news floating on the Internet (One such example) claiming that scientists discovered the city to be highly irradiated from an atomic blast that occured between 10,000 BCE to 6,000 BCE.

798000 BCE

• The city of Forli is "founded" by Palaeolithic cavemen.

Between 75000 BCE and 67000 BCE

• The Toba catastrophe occurs. It is speculated by the Assassins in 2012 to be the same event as the First Disaster.

3114 BCE

• August 11: The Mayan Long Count Calendar begins at 13.0.0.0.0. This starts the countdown to the Abstergo Satellite launch in December 2012.

2nd Millennium BCE

Prehistory

• The stories of Those Who Came Before and their children, happening in this period, would later be retold as mythologies in Ancient Greek. The Glyphs name this period as "Prehistory" , yet these events precedes the Trojan War, and is thus listed under the 2nd Millennium BCE.
• Zeus, one of Those Who Came Before, rapes Io, a human. Io gives birth to Epaphus.
• Zeus rapes Europa, a human, giving birth to Minos, Rhadamanthys and Sarpedon.
• Zeus and Danaë, a human, gives birth to Perseus.
• Perseus slays Medusa with the Sword.
• Zeus seduces Leda, a human, as a swan. Leda gives birth to Helen of Troy.

• Niccolò Polo and Maffeo Polo travels to Masyaf. They meet and interview Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad.
• The Fall of Masyaf: Mongols attack Masyaf. Altaïr entrusts his Seals and Codex to Niccolò Polo.
• The Codex is lost to the Mongols two days after the attack.

• The Santa Trinita is constructed over an existing church.

• The construction of Torre Grossa begins.

• A fire breaks out in Palazzo Laterano.
• October 12:
  • A Templar fleet with 18 vessels, carrying various documents and artifacts, departs from France.
  • They are split into 9 groups heading for 9 different destinations, including Venice, Nova Scotia and Lisbon.
• October 13:
  • Also known as "Friday the 13th", King Philip IV of France arrests Jacques de Molay and 60 of his Templar allies.
  • The Templars starts to operate in the shadows, becoming a true secret society.

• The Palazzo Ducale begins construction.
