In Assassin's Creed: Unity, Arno Dorian consistently altered his outfit in order to suit his needs. He could virtually do this at any time during his time as an Assassin in Paris.

Edward Kenway's robes
Reach Initiate level 1 and find the corresponding chest is Paris.
Shay Cormac's outfit
Reach Initiate level 6 and find the corresponding chest is Paris.
Ratonhnhaké:ton's robes
Reach Initiate level 9 and find the corresponding chest is Paris.
Ezio Auditore da Firenze's robes
