The Relentless One was a Shadow of Anubis who descended upon Upper Egypt during the late-1st century BCE.
In 38 BCE, it confronted the Egyptian merchant Merti and the Hidden One Bayek of Siwa outside the latter's home in Yebu Nome. It was later defeated by Bayek, who claimed a large axe from its body.[1]
