Aloys la Touche (unknown – June 1793) was a former tax officer, enforcer of Le Roi des Thunes at La Cour des Miracles, and a member of the Templar Order.
Biography
Before the French Revolution he worked for the royal treasury. However, he was fired from his office after he discovered that 10,000 livres went missing from the King's treasury and wrote a report about it. Dedicated to his work, La Touche became heinous toward the aristocrats contolling the administration of the Kingdom, saying that they were more interested about filling their pockets than doing their jobs.
Disillusioned and disgraced, La Touche joined the Cour des Miracles where his newfound cruelty and his knowledge of the economy help him to become the right arm of Le Roi des Thunes.
