Abraham Oakey Hall (July 26, 1826 – October 7, 1898), was an American politician, lawyer and writer who served as Mayor of New York City from 1869 to 1872 as a Republican.

A Templar of the American Rite, Hall was a member of the infamous "Tweed Ring", a group of corrupt officials which was lead by Grand Master William M. Tweed.

In 1863, the members of the ring met in Tweed's house in order to plan the New York draft riots, which they hope would eventually help them to put New York and the country under the control of their Order.
