Noda Village

Noda Village was a small village situated in the northern outskirts of Osaka in Izumi Settsu, Japan.

History[edit | edit source]

In 1582, the Iga kunoichi Fujibayashi Naoe arrived at the village to search for Richo, who had just kidnapped a merchant's daughter. Finding a hut just outside the village, she confronted and assassinated Richo, from whom she recovered a tantō, The Dog-Ear. She then opened a locked storage, rescued the kidnapped girl, and escorted her back to her mother.[1]
