Abraxas was a race horse ridden by Icarus of the Prasina Green in the Lageion Hippodrome in Kanopos, Egypt, during the reign of the pharaoh Ptolemy XIII.[1]
According to the speech of a man at the memorial of Icarus, the charioteer rode Abraxas and Santana to victory over 500 races.[1]
