Hello this is... they call me Subject Sixteen. Listen, I don't have much time. There's something I have to show you. We have been lied to this whole time. Everything we know, everything we've been brought up to believe. It's wrong. OK umm... I've uploaded the evidence, the file, that proves it all. But I've split it into twenty pieces and locked each with a code. Can't be too careful. Queen Isabella... no not her, hmmm... what century is it? Ummm... nevermind. Meaning
As with power being passed on from generation to generation so were the Pieces of Eden. Franklin Roosevelt used the Third Apple to become president, and Houdini used the First Apple to preform death-defying stunts which would seem impossible.

Secrets

• In Houdini's picture a Morse code can be found in the top-right of the picture. This translates to: They hit him in the stomach.

• In Gandhi's picture another Morse code can be found. This is also in the top-right corner of the screen. This one translates to: The bullet hit him in the chest.

Meaning
The first puzzle's hint is referring to the flamethrower on the man's back. This is evident by the burning campsite, and the hint (it's open mouth delivers the kiss of death). The second hint refers to the general leading the young soldiers to their deaths. The third puzzle's hint is referring to the bayonets. And the last picture's hint (the monster did not come from man). In the original picture one of the men is holding a hand grenade, but was replaced with an Apple of Eden. Each piece of this puzzle is referring to weaponry. The "monster" did not come from man, but came from the First Civilization. Also the ID which must be found is the next picture in the puzzle.

• In the second picture there is a Hexadecimal cipher located in the bottom-right corner which is translated to Antikythera Mechanism, much older than 150 B.C.E.. The code below:

Meaning
Cut refers to a cutting with a sword. In the puzzle it is the Sword of Eden. Lean refers to the Staff of Eden. Subject 16 explains how many famous warriors of antiquity, such as Atilla the Hun had possession of the Sword of Eden, and how wise men such as Moses possessed the Staff of Eden, and that these relics were passed down through the generations.

Similar to Puzzle 1, the apple was plucked from the Tree of Knowledge in the Garden of Eden. Jesus Christ was crucified for being in possession of the shroud, and it was taken by the Roman government.

• Located on Jesus' chest the words "They took it" can be scanned. Also at the top of the cross, a Templar logo can also be scanned. "They" were the SPQR.

Meaning
The Czar had the Staff of Eden, and Joan had the Sword. The Czar used the Staff to control the Russian populace, and Joan used the sword to lead the French to many victories in the Hundred Years War. The Templars burned Joan to gain the staff, while the Czar was left powerless after Rasputin took the staff to Tunguska. Afterwards with no means of control, the Russian Revolution began. This is stated in Subject 16's quote:

Without the staff, the Czar was powerless. He could no longer control his subjects... Revolution! Revolution!

• In both pictures of the Czar, and Joan there are hidden binary codes which translates to the day they died.

Meaning
Houdini died of peritonitis, secondary to a ruptured appendix. In the puzzle, the apple in the location of his abdomen shows how he was killed. "They made it look like an accident" means that Houdini claimed that he could be hit anywhere above his waist and not take injury. The person who delivered hits to his abdomen was J. Gordon Whitehead.

Second is Gandhi who was shot three times in the chest. The hint "he almost beat them referred to his heart.

Lastly is the details of the John F. Kennedy's assassination. In the puzzle the driver of the motorcade had been trained by the Second Apple, and was supposed to grab the Third Apple from Kennedy after he had been killed. With the use of the First Apple a "phantom" was created at point X of the area. This was the grassy knoll where there was said to have been a second gunman, instead of a single bullet.

• In the top-right corner of the moon, a code can be viewed through the cursor. This is a pigpen cipher for Johnson was one of them. The bee's drone too. Follow the money.

• The cursor views the Apollo photograph as a negative. If the cursor is placed over the text Apollo 11 Photograph Released to the Public it would become Original Unreleased Negative.

• In the last photograph the logo of Abstergo Industries can be scanned on the USA flag, as well as the Templar cross on the white flag.

The Organization wanted the pieces. They'd taste their power. But what were the pieces? Why did they work so well? It's as if our minds were made for them. Manufactured to obey.

Biological Frontier
The scientific community is abuzz as the results of a new neurological study were made public today. What seems to be big news in itself -- that Dr. Yijie Wu and Dr. P.J. Traunero had discovered a new neurotransmitter -- turned out to be just just the tip of the iceberg.

The quote Dr. Wu, "Using a prototype dMRI machine, we've been able to examine the contents of an actual neuron in living tissue. We've found a substance that appears to be an undiscovered neurotransmitter."

Meaning
There are few people that know the true creation of Humans. Templars wanted to keep the Pieces of Eden a secret, and arranged for constructed skeletons to be founded in Ethiopia as an answer. The true creation was that Humans were created by the First Civilization who used the Pieces of Eden to use them as a workforce. The hint in the second puzzle (open your eyes) is referring to the Masonic eye at the top of the painting. In the third puzzle the Assassin maxim, Nothing is true, everything is permitted, is a hint to the passcode. The puzzle has no true password, and any three glyphs are permitted. In the last puzzle the apple shaped the human body, from that of a primate to a human skeleton. As the last message to the world, Subject 16 then commits suicide.
