| They call me many things: Murderer. Cutthroat. Thief. But you may call me The Axes. This article is about a subject that lacks an official name and is known only by its nickname, title, or alias. |
- "From the wild lands of Germania comes the savage warrior, the Suevian! Merciless in combat and master of the axe!"
- ―The Cyrene Arena owner describing The Axes.[src]
The Axes, also known as Raging Axes, was a Suevian warrior who fought in the Gladiator Arena of Cyrene.
Hailing from the Germanic forests of Central Europe, he utilized twin axes as his choice of weapons. In 47 BCE, he was challenged by the Medjay Bayek of Siwa, who witnessed him ripping off the ear of a fighter with his mouth. Bayek eventually defeated him with a sword and a shield.
