Apollonia (Greek: Ἀπολλωνία) was a small Greek city located north of Cyrene in the region of Kyrenaika, named after the Greek god, Apollo. During the 1st century BCE, the city was used by the Romans to construct war ships in the region.
In 47 BCE, the city was visited by the Medjay, Bayek of Siwa.
