Pelias was the steward of Apollodorus' Estate in the Kanopos Nome during the 1st century BCE.

In around 48 BCE, Pelias sent Ruia, a young worker to retreive a letter from the Pigeon Tower. After she failed to return, he sent the Medjay, Bayek, to investigate and retrieve the letter. Bayek discovered Ruia's body in a nearby haystack, bringing her back to Pelias. From her body, Bayek discovered the letter and a badge which Pelias identified as belonging to Dymnos, the Master of Arms.
